Please note, our produce is seasonal, natural slow-grown, and made to order. So please contact us at least a week in advance with your order.

Gluten-free versions of our range of burgers, kebabs and meatballs are also available. Please add any gluten-free requirements to your order if you wish.
**The terms lamb, hogget, mutton refer to the age of the sheep:
lamb (up to 12 months); hogget (12-24 months), and mutton (24 months+), and indicates the tenderness and richness of the taste.
